Customization Errors: Returnable if the product does not match the approved design (e.g., logo placement, color mismatch).
Non-Custom Products: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
Custom Orders: Non-refundable unless the error is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect size, design flaw).
2. How to Initiate a Return
