  • Defective/Damaged Products: Eligible for return if damaged during shipping or manufacturing.

  • Customization Errors: Returnable if the product does not match the approved design (e.g., logo placement, color mismatch).

  • Non-Custom Products: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom OrdersNon-refundable unless the error is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect size, design flaw).


2. How to Initiate a Return

    • Photos/videos of the issue (for defective/custom items)

  2. Approval: We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Return the product to our facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, using a tracked shipping method.


3. Refund Process
  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the product.

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal etc.) or store credit.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Defective/Custom Errors: We cover return shipping.

    • Non-Defective Returns: Customer bears return shipping costs.


4. Exchanges
  • We offer free exchanges for defective products or customization errors.

  • Exchanges for size/color (non-custom items) are subject to product availability.


5. Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized Products: Unless defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Used/Damaged Items: Products altered, worn, or damaged after delivery.

  • Perishable Goods: Cleats, gloves, or items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Sale ItemsOnly regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

6. Jurisdiction-Specific Terms
  • European Union (EU): You have a 14-day right to cancel non-custom orders under the Distance Selling Directive.

  • Australia: Returns accepted if products are faulty, misdescribed, or unfit for purpose under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • USA/Canada: Refunds processed per state/provincial consumer protection laws (e.g., California’s 30-day return window).

  • Brazil: Returns governed by the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), allowing 7 days for non-custom items.


7. International Returns
  • Return shipping fees and customs duties for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
