• Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, Payoneer, PayPal, bank transfers.

• Pricing: Prices are in USD. Taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees may apply based on your location.

• Order Cancellation: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping fees may apply based on your location. Samples prices are inclusive of shipping fee; no separate shipping fee for samples. 

• Shipping Partners: DHL, FedEx, or local carriers.

• Delivery Times: Vary by destination (USA: 7–14 days, Europe: 10–21 days, etc.). Delays due to customs or logistics are beyond our control.

• Customs & Duties: Buyer is responsible for import fees.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Custom Products: Non-refundable unless defective or due to our error.

5. Intellectual Property

• Designs/Logos: You grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce your design for order fulfillment.

• Content: Website images, text, and logos are owned by us and protected under copyright law.

• Provide accurate, complete information during checkout.

• Do not misuse the website (e.g., hacking, spamming).

• Children under 16 (EU) / 13 (USA)/ 18(Australia) must have parental consent to use this site.
